Olde Wood Limited Products Policies and Procedures

Return and Exchange Policy: All products are formulated by our team of professionals to be sure you are getting the highest quality products available.  However, if you are dissatisfied we are here to help.

Olde Wood Products are held to a very high standard and we want to hear from our customers.  If you are dissatisfied with your products, for any reason, please let us know.  All returns and exchanges are subject to prior approval and must be accompanied by proper documentation to assure a credit for the exchanged or returned products.  Our return policy gives you 15 days, from the date of receipt, to return or exchange the products.

If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, all products must be returned in the original purchased condition.  This means that the material must be in the same condition that it was received.  Olde Wood Products must be in the original packaging and returned with any original labels, resealed and a copy of the receipt included.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for any incurred return shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Products: Olde Wood Products/Olde Wood Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If products are damaged or defective you must contact our Customer Service Department within 15 days of receipt of your products at 866-208-9663.  Damaged or defective products are evaluated on a case by case basis and may or may not require the return of the damaged products.

Photos are required for all damaged or defective products and may be sent to our Customer Service Department by email at customerservice@oldewoodltd.com. 

Refunds( if applicable): Once products are returned and received at our facility, we will send you an email notification upon receiving them.  After inspection of the returned products, we will notify you with results.

If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase.  This may take up to 14 days or longer, depending on your bank and how they processes refunds.  All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fees when applicable.

All circumstances are evaluated on a case by case basis and may be subject to a full refund, minus restocking and/or shipping fees, or determined available for exchange of products only.

We do not warrant any instructions, recommendations, consultations, or advice to you regarding the application and use of the Products and is provided ON AN “AS IS” BASIS.  IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE PROPER APPLICATION AND USE OF THE OLDEWOODPRODUCTS.COM PRODUCT.  IN NO EVENT SHALL OLDE WOOD PRODUCTS BE LIABLE TO YOU, OR ANYONE CLAIMING THROUGH OR ON BEHALF OF YOU, FOR ANY INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, SPECULATIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF USE, WHETHER OR NOT BASED UPON OLDE WOOD PRODUCTS’ NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION, EVEN IF OLDE WOOD PRODUCTS IS INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
