Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Oldewoodproducts.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. However, live edge slabs and mantels require additional time to customize. Lead time for live edge slabs and mantels is 10-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method for cleaning products is UPS Ground, 3-5 Business Days

Shipment method for live edge slabs and mantels is common carrier LTL and delivery windows will be established between the customer and and Olde Wood Limited customer service representative before shipment.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

Oldewoodproducts.com does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Olde Wood Products/Olde Wood Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If products are damaged or defective you must contact our Customer Service Department within 15 days of receipt of your products at 866-208-9663.  Damaged or defective products are evaluated on a case by case basis and may or may not require the return of the damaged products.

Photos are required for all damaged or defective products and may be sent to our Customer Service Department by email at customerservice@oldewoodltd.com.

Oldewoodproducts.com / Olde Wood Ltd. offers a generous wholesale program with merchandising support and custom opportunities.  All we require is a business name and merchant number to open a wholesale account. Feel free to call us with questions; we would love to go over our best-sellers and help you decide which items are the best match for your demographic. Accepted payment methods for wholesale orders include visa, mastercard, american express, wire transfer and checks (must clear before shipment is released).
